   First Course           
  
Candoni Prosecco~ Italy            
Roasted fennel and root vegetable salad, with champagne               
 and herb vinaigrette over micro greens                   

            Second Course
  
 Bilbao Albarino~ Spain              
     Local black fish with saffron and vanilla           
         butter sauce, parsnip puree, and watercress       


Third Course         

         Broquel Malbec ~ Mendoza, Argentina  
     Pan seared venison with a cherry and brandy      
       reduction and sauerkraut

Chocolate biscotti bread pudding with creme anglaise
