The Hope For The Warriors Memorial 100 Run is a 136-mile relay from Montauk to Ground Zero in Manhattan taking place this weekend. The trek will begin Saturday and end on Sunday, with runners traveling across Long Island in honor of the 48 Fallen from Marine Unit 3/25.

Dreaming Tree Wine is offering a complimentary tasting at West Islip Wines & Liquors on Saturday starting at 4 p.m.

Experience the music of the "Man in Black" at the West Babylon Public Library on Saturday at 2 p.m. with "Walking The Line: A Tribute to Johnny Cash." Tickets are required.

Parades

The 59th Annual West Islip Memorial Day Parade takes place on Monday at 10 a.m. at the corner of Roderick Road and Udall Road. Join the American Legion Post 1738 at their Open House right after the parade. All are welcome.

In North Babylon, the hamlet’s annual Memorial Day parade will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday at Fireman’s Triangle at the corner of Commack Road and Deer Park Ave. It will proceed south to Phelps Lane and into Phelps Lane Park.

Also on Monday, Deer Park residents will be able to enjoy their parade beginning at 10 a.m. The route begins at W. 23rd Street and Lake Avenue and marches east on Lake to the John F. Kennedy Intermediate School.

Babylon Village's Parade begins on Monday at 11 a.m.
