FBI Raids Home of West Islip Man Charged with Defrauding Producers of Broadway Show

FBI agents raided the waterfront home of a West Islip man Monday morning following accusations that he orchestrated an elaborate scheme featuring fabricated investors to fund the ill-fated Broadway show "Rebecca."

Mark Hotton, 46, who the Huffington Post describes as a "former stockbroker," faces several federal charges stemming from the fraud accusations, as well as another money laundering case filed by prosecutors on Long Island.

Memorial Fund Created For Thomas Labetti

A memorial fund has been established in memory of Thomas Labetti, the West Islip teen who lost his life in September after he was hit by an SUV while riding his bike.

The fund, called "Town 4 Tommy Memorial Fund," will be used to recognize a West Islip student, as well as help out local charities and promote bicycle safety awareness in Labetti's honor.

You can thank all these POS politicians for the new gun legislation designed to make law abidingRead More citizens give up their second amendment rights out of sheer frustration and incontinence of owning a gun legally for increases in savage on citizen violence. This is only the beginning and in short time many New Yorker's will be forced to remain in their homes fearing one of these animals will make them their pray. I for one believe in the old adage, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Politics get dirty enough as is and I think this will increase participation and ultimately give us a better Board of Education.
