Five Things you need to know about West Islip for Friday, May 20.

- Visit at 10:30 a.m. for our weekly Sold! column. See how much homes in your neighborhood are going for.
- Cafe Mojo is hosting live Karaoke starting at 9:30 p.m. Enjoy food, beverage and a cozy atmosphere. Oh, and great music.
- The ASL (American Sign Language) 4 Honors students will be hosting a Idol Competition Fund Raiser tonight at 6: 30 p.m. at the high school to benefit Global Reach Out (GRO), a deaf organization. All songs will be sung in sign language. Admission is $7 or $5 if you wear an ASL shirt. There will be an intermission where refreshments and raffle prizes will be available.
