Feb. 15: HS Parent-Teacher Conferences

1. The boys winter track team has been breaking records all season long.  Read about their latest achievement later this morning.

2.  School events: HS Parent Teacher Conferences (6:30 p.m.), Budget Advisory Committee meeting (7 p.m.).

3.  Check back this afternoon for our Crimes Nearby column, where we post the police reports of towns that directly surround West Islip.

4.  AARP Driver Safety Courses (9 a.m.-5 p.m., Library).  Bring your license and a black pen to class. Numbers will be given out starting at 9 a.m. to those residents who come in before registration starts.  Fees: Non-member fee is $14.00. Current AARP members will receive a $2.00 discount when you show your valid AARP membership card when you register. No cash can be accepted. Fee must be paid by check or money order.
