Business Beat: Blink Fitness and Roots Bistro Gourmand Open
Two new businesses breathe new life into the West Islip business scene.
West Islip has two new businesses this week, as both Blink Fitness and Roots Bistro Gourmand open their doors to eager patrons.
, located in the South Bay Commons, will open for previews on Saturday. New and potential members can tour the sleek, modern fitness complex and commit to the gym if they choose. Stay tuned for Patch's annoucenment on Blink's grand opening in the near future.
In the culinary world, made its mark on the West Islip scene when they fired up the kitchen earlier this week. They're currently serving up modern French cuisine for dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
