5 Cars We All Want to Drive

Though these don't come cheap, here are a few luxury cars on the market.

For residents of Deer Park and North Babylon in the market for something fast - real fast - this guide should help track down the car of your dreams.

Only one caveat: These autos aren't cheap.

1. 2005 Porsche Carrera - $339,500

From Cars.com: The 2005 Porsche Carrera GT in GT Silver Metallic with Dark Grey hide interior. Additional features include Floor Mats, Carrera GT Customer Tailoring, Luggage Set in Dark Grey, Air Conditioning, Car Cover, Porsche Online Pro CD Radio. It's being offered by Bespoke Motor Group and has fewer than 10,000 miles, according to Cars.com.

2. 2012 Ferrari FF  - $314,900

From Cars.com:This one-owner vehicle is being listed by Plainview's Ferrari and Maserati Of Long Island, which sold the car the first time around as well. The car has 1,016 miles, according to Cars.com. Its previous owner kept this extremely rare Ferrari in immaculate condition. It comes complete with all its original books, tools and keys. Additionally, all required maintenance has been performed. Additionally, this car is enrolled in the Ferrari seven-year Genuine Maintenance Program.

3. 2013 BMW 760 - $140,700

From AOL Autos: The luxury sedan is loaded. The 760Li is powered by a direct-injection, 535-hp 6.0-liter, twin-turbo V-12 bolted to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The 760 has standard luxury features such as four-zone automatic climate control, power sunroof, high-gloss wood trim, heated and cooled 16-way multi-contour front seats, heated and cooled rear seats with power and memory functions, power trunk lid, leather wrapped dash top, premium sound system, voice-activated navigation system on a 10.2-inch color monitor, HD radio and BMW Assist emergency and information communications. 4. 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG - $199,500

From AOL Autos: The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT is the modern interpretation of the classic 300SL from the '50s. Mercedes managed to keep the iconic gull-wing doors (coupe), which only adds to the cars exotic flair. The SLS AMG GT is available as a coupe or convertible soft-top. As of Monday, Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown does not have one in stock.

5. 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano - $193,900

From Cars.com: The car is being sold by Universal Autosports in Glen Cove. Red brake calipers, carbon ceramic brakes and Daytona seats are part of the package.

This is only the beginning and in short time many New Yorker's will be forced to remain in their homes fearing one of these animals will make them their pray. I for one believe in the old adage, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Politics get dirty enough as is and I think this will increase participation and ultimately give us a better Board of Education.
