For the past few home varsity football games, the have been setting up a bin and taking up a non-perishable food collection to benefit local pantries.
Each week, they've received dozens of cans from residents either watching the game or just stopping by to drop some food off.
Their latest Facebook update shows the impact the drive had:
"Another successful food drive today at the game. I wish the results of the game were better but our boys did a great job. Special thanks to Diane Fontana and Joan DeRosa for "manning the can."
