Good Sam Welcomes New Image Service Center

Latest addition to hospital will offer low-dose radiology services.

Staff of Good Samaritan, along with administrators, community leaders and elected officials, recently attended a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the hospital's new imaging center. 

The new first-floor imaging center will offer low-dose radiology services with the full resources of the hospital close by, the hospital said. 

Good Sam also announced that they've been recognized by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer for a third consecutive year and as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.

“We have responded to patients’ needs by providing greater access to high-tech imaging services,” said Good Samaritan’s Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Nancy Simmons in a statement.  “This advanced suite will further enable comprehensive care focused on patient safety to make a difference in the community and better serve our patients.”
