Wednesday's Events: Back to School, P.S. I Love You Fundraiser

With the holiday season behind us, kids across the West Islip School District head back to school today.

Registration begins today for many children, adult and teen programs at the West Islip Public Library. Click here for a full list of the upcoming programs and events.

At 10 a.m., Southside Hospital hosts its MS Recreation and Socialization Group in Room A.

Starting today, In-Style Salon & Spa is selling purple hair extensions for $15 in honor of P.S. I Love You Day. All proceeds will be donated to the charity to help support suicide prevention. The fundraiser lasts through Feb. 8.
