Kids can enjoy story time at the West Islip Public Library today during two sessions beginning at 11 a.m. and 1:30 pm.
At 4 p.m., bigger kids in grades Kindergarten through third can stop by the library for Small Talk Book Club.
The Women of West Islip are hosting their second annual Oktoberfest event at 6 p.m. at Farrell's. For $10, enjoy food, a drink, DJ and more while helping the West Islip community. Remember to bring a non-perishable food item for the organization's Thanksgiving food drive.
The whole family can have fun playing Halloween Family Bingo in Room A at the library starting at 7 p.m.
Also at the library, the West Islip Association will meet to discuss the proposed plans to construct a CVS at the site of the La Grange Inn.
