Thursday's Events: Open Mic Night, Story Times

Kids and their parents can enjoy Story Times at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the library.

Also at the library, kids in grades Kindergarten through third can make a special craft at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

The International Film Festival returns to the library with a viewing of "The Vanishing" at 6:30 p.m. This 1988 film tells the story of a man who, after his girlfriend disappeared three years ago, begins receiving correspondence from her abductor. The film will be subtitled in English and refreshments will be served.

Tonight is Open Mic Night at the High School, starting at 6:30 p.m.

Reminder- The planning board hearing for the proposed CVS at the site of La Grange Inn, originally scheduled for tonight, has been adjourned.
