The John Thomas Gaffney Memorial Golf Outing kicks off today at The Hamlet at Willow Creek in Mt. Sinai.
In addition to a full round of golf, there will also be special raffles and hole-in-one challenge, and a cocktail-style dinner.
All proceeds raised will benefit the John Thomas Gaffney Memorial Fund, which donates money to various causes and organizations within the West Islip community in memory of John.
The memorial fund also accepts donations on an ongoing basis. All contributions and payments can be sent via check made out to the John Thomas Gaffney Memorial Fund and mailed to:
