1.Yoga Nidra Meditation: Yoga Nidra Meditation for adults takes place at 7
p.m. Monday. Jackie Morrison will lead you through guided relaxation
techniques with the goal of reducing stress and leading a healthy life.
Be sure to bring a mat or blanket with a pillow for support.
2. Tots Night Out: Let the kids enjoy a night out at the library on Monday from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
3. Book Bingo: Kids can play book bingo on Tuesday at 3 p.m. or 4 p.m.
4. Jeopardy: Young adults can test their trivia knowledge during Jeopardy on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
5. Senior Fitness: A special Senior Fitness class starting at 11 a.m. Friday will help seniors stay in shape.
