About: It’s the middle of winter, the kids are home from school and the cold and snow just won’t go away. What’s a parent to do?

The West Islip Public Library just might have the answer for local parents and their youngsters. Each month, the library hosts a plethora of programming for local kids of all ages. From the ever-popular mommy & me classes, to arts & crafts, exercise classes and even reading groups, West Islip parents and their little ones may have a tough time not finding something for them. In fact, the library’s children’s programs cover four pages in its bi-monthly newsletter.
