Wells Fargo’s Hurricane Sandy mobile customer assistance hub in Lindenhurst will continue to be available through the end of the week.
The hubs were scheduled to cease operation at the end of last week, but we are staying in the area to provide much needed on the ground support. The hubs will be open for six days from December 17 through December 22 to provide face-to-face assistance for customers who have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy. These hubs will be staffed with specialists that are trained to assist customers with processing insurance checks or discussing payment assistance options. “We want to continue helping our customers with the recovery process and feel it’s important that we extend our stay to provide the on-site assistance needed to help our customers rebuild,” says Mary Coffin, head of Mortgage Servicing.
The customer assistance hubs are located in the following areas:
1001 Fischer Blvd., Toms River, N.J.
210 South Wellwood Ave., Lindenhurst, N.Y.
300 Father Capodanno Blvd., Staten Island, N.Y.
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., EST and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., EST.
Customers can make an appointment at one of the hub locations by calling 1-800-405-8067 or by visiting our website at www.wellsfargo.com/care. Walk-in customers are also welcome.
