Marijuana Possession, Grand Larceny Reported in Weekly Police Blotter

Arrests and incidents reported by the Third Precinct of the SCPD between Feb. 4-11.

 

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • On Feb. 7, Colleen G., of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip and charged with DWI.  
  • On Feb. 7, Gregory N., of Bay Shore, was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal misconduct. 
  • On Feb. 8, Robert M., of West Islip, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • On Feb. 9, Dani A., of West Islip, was arrested in Islandia and charged with criminal possession of marijuana. 
  • On Feb. 9, Anthony N., of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Islip and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired on drugs.
  • On Feb. 10, Jack F. Jr., of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal contempt.
  • On Feb. 10, James D., of West Islip, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with grand larceny.

    Incidents

    • On Feb. 4, there was a report of criminal mischief on Arcadia Drive at 8:25 p.m.
    • On Feb.5, there was a report of tire slashings on Sunrise Service Road at 11 p.m.
    • On Feb. 5, there was a report of criminal mischief on Montauk Highway at 11:40 p.m.
    • On Feb. 10, there was a report of criminal mischief at 3:45 a.m.

      I don't know who's working on the blotter this week, but in addition to missing last names, on Feb. 10 there was a report of criminal mischief at 3:45 a.m. SOMEWHERE. Way to go, Patch!
